We the people of the SOSC, in order to create a better studio, establish punishment, insure no inappropriate comments, provide for the common good, and secure the blessings of hope to us and the future SOSCers, do ordain and establish this Constitution of the SOSC. ARTICLE 1 All manager Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the SOSC which shall consist of a studio host and House of Curators. The House of Curators is to be chosen by Managers, who are then controlled by the House of Curators, whom with a 2/3rd vote can remove a manager. ARTICLE 2 All moderation power is vested to the people with the Report button, and is to only be used on comments or projects that violate the Scratch Community Guidelines. ARTICLE 3 Managers are to remove curatorship from those whom violate studio or Scratch rules. ARTICLE 4 The people of the SOSC are to not talk about topics that may get the ROSS taken down and/or violate the Scratch Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. ARTICLE 5 Managers may not remove curators or other managers without reason. ARTICLE 6 Only SOSC projects are allowed. ARTICLE 7 Redemption is permitted. Amendment I Freedom of creation and speech is to be permitted with the exception of inappropriate comments. Amendment II All SOSCers may use the report button on any post if the post violates the CG. Amendment III Harassment shall not be permitted within the SOSC. Amendment IV A fair vote of 9 randomly selected SOSCers is required with a majority vote to remove curatorship. Amendment V SOSCers are granted the right to defend themselves. Amendment VI Any SOSCer may defend another. Amendment VII SOSCers may not be reported or have their curatorship removed unless substantial evidence has been found of rule violations: Amendment VIII No SOSCer may be subject to harsh chastisement or harsh punishment without good reason. Amendment IX All Scratcher Rights not mentioned are given to all SOSCers. Amendment X All powers not given to curators belong to the managers. Amendment XI Managers shall be elected by at 2/3rd vote by the House Of Curators. Amendment XII Impersonation of popular SOSCers is grounds for removal of Curatorship. Amendment XIII Managers may not remove Curators without good cause. Amendment XIV Camps and object shows may be cancelled at any time. Amendment XII War against another faction may not be initiated under any circumstances.
