Mortem Archivist Signup Form Thank you for your interest in becoming a Mortem Archivist! Please fill out the following form to apply for this role: Name: Pronouns: Do you wish to record the transcripts for the archive, or only write them? Do you have experience in voice acting?(Yes/No) Are you familiar with paranormal research or investigations? (Not necessary). (Yes/No) Describe any relevant skills or experience (I.e. other voice acting roles, or story writing experience) : Availability: How active are you on Scratch? Do you have any scheduling constraints or preferences? Motivation: Why are you interested in becoming a Mortem Archivist? What do you hope to contribute to our community? Confidentiality Agreement: I understand and agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared within the Mortem Records archive.
