If you use gacha thats FINE as long as there was effort but no picrew or other bases and stuff - these designs all currently belong to me and if you claim them as your own thats a big no no - you can design more clothes and/or accessories onto the character AS LONG AS it still looks enough like the character - no humanizing the characters, pls - you can have slight redesigns but i mean SLIGHT - be fair, man. dont down other entries or yourself -- HOW TO ENTER(before you comment and ask): DTA stands for Draw To Adopt.
