I will be checking your account before letting you in! - If you really really must do your part PMV style then do your art on another program. - I will delete your comment if you don't get in :) - Tell me who you are shipping :) - Pick a quote to prove you've read the rules: "Are you threatening me with a spoon?", "Spidurrrrrleg!" or "Shooting star." - NO ANIMATING BACKDROPS, I BEG YOU - Oh yeah! The deadline- there is none! But if you're like one of the last people that needs to get your part in and you're basically just holding everyone else back, I will give your part to someone on the waiting list that has more enthusiasm :) - Last rule, no using any effects, UNLESS it is ghost effect or brightness effect. You can only use effects if they are in your sprite's costume
