The founder is Timmy Roughan, who is the one who made @timmylogo. It's headquarters is in the USA in Burbank, California, in Canada in Halifax, Canada, and in Ireland in Dublin, Ireland. On January 20th, 2016, the company was then bought by The Walt Disney Company.
