If when you defeat a boss and nothing else seems to happen, then keep attacking, because either their health isn't low enough, or they simply have to finish their pattern before being defeated. However, a couple of bosses seem to behave oddly, so here is how to deal with them: Boss 3 - keep attacking, but allow its spinning projectile to leave the screen after the boss' health is depleted. Boss - 4 keep attacking, but allow it to bite you after its health is depleted (yes, you will lose a life, so buy at least one extra life before getting to the 4th boss.)
