Sonic.exe but... wait... that's not sonic at all okok Reason why sonic looks like that color: imagine there was a hand held system that swapped blue and green and the console is called the Sega Port (ITS THE BEST I CAN COME UP WITH SHUT UP) design: basicly this is what sonic boom would be if we were still in gameboy type era with this made up hand held system for sonic and this "sonic boom" would instead be called Sonic Lane
if sonic exe d-sides was given the mario treatment lol the actual real world reason why he's green is because blue wouldn't look right with the design no matter how hard i tried so i swapped blue and green and just said "blue is green and green is blue in this system's color pallete"
