Hello again. Look. I know this has been done to death, and I initially didn’t want to do this type of project, but I had to get this off my chest. I’m DONE with Scratch. I’m sick of how it favours generic animations and platformers over ACTUAL content with ACTUAL love and care put into it. I’m sick of the general state of its community. Most of all, I’m sick of its moderation. But the thing is… this is not that conversation. I’m done with Scratch because I found something else to do, and it’s the reason I don’t post every day like I used to. I’m making games. I have loads of ideas, and want to make those in to things you can pick up and play. I’m trying out an engine called Godot, and it looks good so far; perfect for the types of games I want to make. That brings me to the next point, and why you clicked on this project. Am I leaving? Despite what I said 2 paragraphs ago, no, at least not yet. What you will see here is that the gap between projects will increase as I post less. I will still occasionally post art and the occasional trashpost here and there, but untill I have somewhere else to post art (and funnies) I’ll stay here, mostly commenting on people’s art and developing things behind the scenes. I’m glad I managed to spend almost 8 years here, and wouldn’t trade it for anything. Later.
