UNITED NATIONS DOCUMENT #64 Date: 1/19/1948 There has been a widespread blackout in the country of North America. The Internet has been completely shut down, almost as if it was removed from the world. Several reports have been sent when a computer virus of some sort named by the public, "100.smile." The virus will crash all devices, and will only show a smiling emoji while an earsplitting scream plays in the background. The public, authorities, and everybody else in the country have so far failed to solve this problem. We will look into this situation more in the future.
