As always, there will be spoilers in this review. Please click off now if you haven't seen the episode yet. | | | | | | V Before I start this review, I would like to make a statement on my BFDIA 10 review. I didn't like the episode, but tons of others did. Please don't parrot my opinion, watch the episodes and form your own first. Also please don't harass people who disagree with you or me. Anyways, onto TPOT 10! After BFDIA 10, I was really worried that this episode was going to suck. But it turns out the extra time in the oven is really what it needed not just to rise, but to soar. I can't stress enough just how good this episode was for me, this is the same guy who wrote friggin TPOT 5 why is he just now cooking? While TPOT 9 was also really good, I don't really think the writing was it's strong suit with the exception of a few scenes. But in this episode, basically everything was well written for the first time since TPOT 3! In my opinion, this is the best post-Satomi episode at about the same rank as TPOT 2. But WHYY do I like it so much? Lets get into it! First off, the challenge. While I can't say it isn't more creative than TPOT 9, I can say that it was also really good. I loved every team's subplot except for maybe Are You Okay? and Team8s. I'll dedicate a paragraph to each one in a bit, but all you need to know is that it ranged from kinda forgettable to outstanding. And unlike TPOT 9, the challenge is actually fair because every team starts with all their team members. Also, the elimination was super satisfying. TPOT is infamous for crappy and toxic eliminations, and after what Adam did it was nice to see Nickel go. If you want more on that, go to my TPOT 9 review. Nickel was my least favorite character on Just Not, so after them losing Naily and Cake it was great seeing a bad character get out. Again, TPOT 9 had two of the best characters on each team go, so this episode finally breaking the trend is great. Now onto the team subplots! I'm going to go in order of my least to most favorite, starting with Are You Okay? It wasn't really bad, but it just wasn't interesting to me. They got done super dirty screen time wise, because literally all the important stuff that happened was in the form of montages. Also I just didn't really like Pen's resolution? I get that he isn't a good spender, but he can't not give somebody 40 vigintillion dollars? Really? Next up is Team8s, this was also pretty mid. I liked it more because it tied in with The Strongest Team on Earth's storyline, but otherwise yeah it was pretty forgettable and uninteresting. Speaking of which... I liked The Strongest Team on Earth's storyline, but the next three are just that much better. I guess not much really happened? It just consisted of Bell and Grassy being moderatly annoying, and trying to stop Robot Flower. If I wanted a story of heros trying to stop a villain while inside of them, I would boot up Bowser's Inside Story. But it was still good, because Snowball was funny and Basketball is cool. DPA time! I know this is most people's favorite, so I would like to say the jump between this one and the last one is huge. Marker has definatly gone down as a character for me, I don't know why I put him at #1 in my now very very outdated TPOT ranking. Black Hole was a little cringe at times...and yeah everything else was fantastic. Having Fanny be able to talk and speak facts again was great, and having Tree here at all was great. I thought the resolution between Fanny and Black Hole was really well written, perhaps more than the one with Winner and Clock. Also, RIP Tree that death is gonna be painful. Number 2, Just Not. It is amazing to me how they could just take a bunch of mostly uninteresting characters, and make a storyline that was amazing! Getting the obvious out of the way, the old BFB art style was really cool. And I can admit it...I like pillow now. She was really good this episode, because she wasn't just killing people for no reason. And when she did kill Bomby, it was really funny. Bomby himself wasn't too intresting, but hey thats a nitpick. The stuff with Book was really intresting to watch, and having her stuck in a jawbreak was a cruel but fair justification. The bond that Book and Price Tag started was wholesome too, and it is what should have happened with Price Tag and Naily. Also, please don't eliminate Book or Price Tag right when they are reaching the peak of their potential. Its what happened with Match, its what happened with Cake, its what happened with Puffball, don't make it happen again. REVIEW CONTINUES INTO NOTES AND CREDITS

Scroll down once you read the first half of the review up there (yes it is that long). | | | | | | V The best one for me was easily The S! It is amazing to me that they could take an increasingly mediocre team, and spin it into the best part of the episode! Winner and Loser's origin story was really tragic, and it simultaneously gives me a fair reason to dislike Loser and wrapped up Winner and Clock's storyline with flying colors. Clock's reasoning for wanting to help out Winner is also somewhat tragic, and it only makes their forgiveness for eachother that much better. I may be giving a bit to much weight to this one moment, because the rest of the team was just okay, but again that's a nitpick. If anything, while I am still upset that Clock got out as early as he did, at least the writers were able to give him a finish that felt justifyed. What else? As some friends pointed out, One was lurking in the background of some scenes so that was kind of cool. Oh yeah, they actually made the voting system much better! Now that it is a poll, I can actually vote (I voted Basketball) and the voting wars won't happen anymore, at the very least not as often. I guess I can wrap up this review with who I want to get out? Bomby is by far the least interesting character left on Just Not, he had his time to shine in episodes 6 and 9, so he can go now. For TSTOE, Grassy I won't elaborate any further. I have come to a conclusion. I think that episodes of TPOT and BFDIA need to be made with a bit more time between the episodes so the script can be polished. Examples of this working include TPOT 1, TPOT 2, and technically BFDIA 6. Overall, TPOT 10 was a really solid episode all around, so I will rank it the same as I ranked TPOT 2. 9.2/10, there is still room for improvement but it is still great! Now, I will see you next time after I fill my bathtub with hot sauce. Have a good day, and see ya!
