The alliance consists of various militant groups such as FAMAS, Castsbulla, Katthis, the NFP, and several Shy'at groups. Despite having different political views, they are unified in their opposition to SATO-aligned countries and Israpoli. Tehran's increasing military and political influence has caused concern among many Western governments like the UAC, DRB, and others.
