UPDATE: I realized this is wrong, and actually 408 is Phase 4. 406 can be a lighter version of phase 4. Added the sound for 408 (That can be found in the project), it is a mix of UCB2YR and UCB 3.0. (I kinda rushed it a little, but its based on my 3.0 UCB) Also I'm curious about the phase list for UCBD1YR, so I can help him do more sprites.
