doc will rate your oc based on the design and idea, not quality of the art. PUT YOUR CHARACTERS PERSONALITY IN THE INSTRUCTIONS OF YO REMIX RULES!!!!!!! 1: doc will be very honest, he will not go easy. but he will give advice. 2: bitmaps are allowed 3: OC MEANS ORIGINAL CHARACTER. characters based off shows arent very original, they're allowed, but will get a lower grading. 4: stolen ocs are NOT tolerated, you will be ignored and reported. 5: for the love of god, please no spamming "hurry up" 6: for the love of god again, please dont remix more than TWO times. 7: traced ocs will get a lower rating 8: replace the cutout with your oc. the cut out has special coding, and your oc will look out of place. 9: no obviously innapropriate ocs. your project will be ignored and reported. 10: thats it.
