Update: I've only gotten one person's opinion so far, but I'm impatient, so it's official, I'm giving him wings now. And I also now have a design for Leilani's wings, I'll post a picture.... eventually lol So, I'm considering giving Simon wings. He wouldn't have them in life, but I'm thinking he'd gain them after he died. (If I did this, I'd also give ghost Leilani wings). What you see on screen is what I think they would look like. I made them mostly black with rainbow tips because, first of all, black and rainbow look really nice together, and second of all, I think these colors kind of represent the album as a whole, if that makes sense. (I mean, there's literally a song on the album called "Black Rainbows", so...) Leilani's would look different, but I'm only showing Simon's here because I don't have any ideas for Leilani's. So, why do I want to give (ghost) Simon wings? Well, there are a few reasons. First of all, it would just look cool! The second reason requires some explanation. So, ever since I started identifying as an animal, I've been in a pretty much constant envisory shift (basically when you imagine yourself as an animal in your mind's eye, idk, it's a little hard to explain). It isn't always my theriotype (a winged cat)-- Sometimes it's other animals, usually just whatever I'm most comfortable seeing myself as at any given time. I sort of semi-identify as Simon, and sometimes imagine myself as him. I identify as a winged cat, and my envisory shifts have pretty much always included wings, because it just feels weird to me to not have wings, if that makes sense. So when I imagine myself as Simon, a character who doesn't have wings, it feels a little weird, almost uncomfortable. So I remedied this by continuing to imagine myself as Simon, just with wings. Now, this is probably kind of silly, but it also feels weird to imagine myself as Simon with wings since he doesn't (currently) have wings. So that's why I want to add wings to his design. Again, he'd only have them as a ghost, so it wouldn't really interfere with the storyline or anything. So, I want your opinion: Should I give (ghost) Simon wings? Let me know xD
tldr: I want to give (ghost) Simon wings for multiple reasons (mainly my own comfort) and I want your opinion on whether or not I should do it
