S tier- A: Great start to the alphabet. Super cool letter. A great letter overall, and its own word. I: Another vowel, another letter that is its own word. Super simple, very good letter. S: It is an amazing letter. Very few letters stand out when you listen to them. But every time you hear someone talking, you hear every S. Amazing. A tier- B: It’s a great letter. Slightly biased because it’s at the beginning of the alphabet, but it is a pretty good letter. C: Another beginning of the alphabet letter. But it has so many uses. Very nice letter. E: Very good vowel. One of the most useful vowel, but it isn’t its own letter, but it’s great. T: Like S, you can hear almost every T. It did get a nerf with a lot of newer dialects, but it’s really cool nonetheless. B tier- F: Yeah, it’s there. Not super significant, and just a copy of E. I just really like the shape. H: It’s a very stable letter. Two staffs held together with a bridge. Nice design. But it commonly gets left out in dialects or accents. L: A pretty good letter. Nothing too significant, but it’s there. M: Nice arches, useful for the most part, and overall pretty good. But it’s the first letter in my brother’s first name. So it’s down to B tier. O: Eh, it’s there. It’s a very lazy design. It is just a circle, but it is really useful. U: It’s O but with an open top. Would be at least a tier down, but I really like the open top design. Plus, it is really useful. C tier- D: It’s alright. It’s the fourth letter, but it has some really high standards. The first three are in S or A tier, so it just doesn’t stack up. G: too complicated. The capital is just an O but with a few lines interrupting the circle. No thanks. J: I just don’t like J. The dot is totally useless. With I, the dot is needed because if it wasn’t there, is that just a lowercase L or an i? But with J, there’s a unique curve. Not needed. K: Also very complex. I do not like now uncool it is to draw. Also it is heavily associated with r*cism, so that is not bueno. N: It’s just a worse M. There is nothing special about N. It just has less humps than M. P: This makes me stressed. It looks like it is supposed to fall over. Way too top heavy, way too weird. Plus, it’s just a small capital D on a stick. No thanks. X: It’s nice. Just two intersecting lines. But it’s been spoiled by Elon Musk. Without him, X would be a high B tier or even a low A tier. But it has been ruined. Y: It is just X but with 1 less half stick. But, it’s more useful than X, allowing it to be the same tier. D tier- Q: Totally useless. The only use for it is in the word queue, which is a stupid word anyway. It is just an O with inspiration of G, and almost zero creativity. R: I do not like R. It is P but worse. Yes, it’s more stable, but still. No thanks. V: V is U but less creative. U has a curve, which means it requires skill to draw. V is just two lines. It is like X but less cool. Both are two sticks, but X makes it looks better. W: I mean, it’s a cool shape. But it’s a copy of V. Just took a crappy letter and said, “hey, let’s double it, and name it after a different letter!” Not very good on W. It is an upside down M. They tried to copy two B tier letters to make it B tier, but they used V and hoped we wouldn’t notice. They also copied literally all the other letters mentioned here. Z: Almost completely useless. It’s a cool shape, I guess, but when was the last time you used Z? Zipper I guess? Nothing else useful has Z. D tier. Thanks for reading through this all. I was bored in English class, so I did this because yes. Hope you enjoyed :)
