Don't dictate outcomes for other players - I have the final say. 6. Strategy is the key - complex moves are favored over simple ones. 7. I may deny tech upgrades if they make you too overpowered too quickly. 8. Unions with more than two players are banned, but alliances can have unlimited players, and you can have up to three puppet states. 9. Stay calm if things don't go your way - I have the final say. 10. Stick to the time period - no plasma guns in the 1900s. 11. Keep wars and advancements realistic - it's really annoying when I'm in a different RP and on the first day Switzerland begins colonizing Siberia 12. Remember, strength in the RP is based on your nation's abilities, not just its size. Just because you're big doesn't mean you're strong. Siberia is enormous but Japan is much stronger.
