You never know! - You must use the colour pallet (inside the project) ONLY. - Keep the background I set please - If you read the rules, say the name of your favourite OC in your comment to join. - Don't get upset if I don't give you a part! You may get backup, and I have less stricter MAPs! - Don't complain that you're not a good animator but you want to join. I'll delete your comment. - No PMV parts. - Only 3 parts to a person at a time. After you have completed those 3, you can come back for more, but ONLY 2 more. The max amounts of parts you can do is 5. - Only use 1 sprite please. I'm putting this together on Scratch :) Try to cut down on the effects, too, since that's a main cause of lag. -Only OCs -HAVE FUN!
