Rules : 1.Any various types of OC’s , as long as is not Inappropriate to scratch 2.no stolen OC's 3.no bad users allowed 4.if you hav a bad rating just deal with it and don't be such a karen 5.no r33+1 pictures 6.if you are a bad user i will give you bad rating 7.don't ruin the rating stand 8.if 2-3 of the rules are broken you get 4 - -100 points 9.just don't put the same OC's as my previous rating stand
