Seeing the sudden appearance of foreign ships at the Noardan coast, the leader of the colony "Minke Heiko" has threatened to show support to the Empire of Autumn (and possibly form an alliance with them) if the ICA continues their involvement in the situation. Additionally, due to the evasion of taxes to Chancellor Wilhelm and the increasingly tense relations, Heiko plans on declaring full-on independence with the proclaimed goal of being the dominant "Empire of the West" Up north, Noardan soldiers meet up with their Tunu counterparts as tensions between these two heat up. Some have taken note of Tunu's preparation, so a team of Noardan researchers have been sent to craft new ideas in case war has been declared. As for the Mistige-Noardan border, cannons (represented in squares) have been placed to further challenge the Ostkustan authority and to prove that they're a force to be reckoned with. As a result of this colonial quarrel, both colonies look for allies to support their respective causes in case a war breaks out.
