Credit to @Nyrethezia It's animated! I shaded with color mix, the complex pallet, & the fill bucket. I used another sprite visibly as for effect (the neko in the corner being a little watermark) I used Nova (yes, her hair would be that long) & changed the original to a cover by TeraBrite. I asked @Nyrethezia about this & she said it was okay.
