(loud warning: carters screech) (use space to lift the paper when he gives it to you) function: carter will wander randomly around the hallways until he bumps into the player, in which he will offer them a hint as to where his lost item is. if the player finds it and successfully returns it to carter, he will give them 30 you thought points. however, if the player uses his item or if the bully steals it, carter will get angry. once he is, he will teleport and appear in front of the player and all sounds will mute if the player looks backwards and forth. after a random amount of seconds, he starts screeching, which will attract baldi to his location. if he arrives, then carter will stop and wander away to cool down.
