Description

(This is usually a project I would put on my alt, but I'm experimenting with putting it on my main instead so that it gets more attention.) (Also, please let me know about any bugs, issues, or suggestions for improvement.) Numbermaxxing is a simple clicker game with some RNG elements sprinkled in. It's very basic at this point, but I hope to implement more features and quality of life improvements later on. Number - The main unit of the game. Your goal of the game is to get Number as high as possible, while also spending some Number along the way to gain special boosts that help you gain even more Number. Autonumber - The amount of Number you get per second. The time between increments can be upgraded as well. The actual time between increments may be inaccurate once the displayed time gets below 0.1 seconds, but blame Scratch for that one, not me. Clickstrength - The amount of Number you get per click. Not much else to say about there. RNG Upgrades (unlocked after having 5000 Number): Autochance - The chance that the output of a single increment from your Autonumbers will be multiplied. Both the chance and multiplier can be upgraded, but be aware that upgrading the multiplier will proportionally lessen chance by default. Clickchance - The chance that the Number received from a click will be multiplied. Both the chance and multiplier can be upgraded, but be aware that upgrading the multiplier will proportionally lessen chance by default. Giftchance - The chance that, at any given time, you will receive a random gift of a large amount of Number. The possible range of the gift scales depending on the amount of Number you currently have. Music: Numbermaxxing by DatCat Changelog: v1.0 (14 Mar 2024): - Initial release. Planned future updates: - More advanced upgrades that grant much more than 1 Autonumber or Clickstrength per purchase. - A prestige system where the player can reset their progress for additional bonuses such as permanent Number boost or reduced upgrade costs. - A save and load system so that the player can resume their progress after quitting. - More sound effects, such as different sounds for clicks, upgrades, and RNG events. - More variety of music tracks.
