Months after the establishment of Mistigeland's final border, a second group of settlers established their colony up north. This second group of settlers is labelled by the leader Nikolas Wilhelm as "illegal" due to two reasons: - The colony has not been approved or consented by the leader - This group of settlers has a greedier intention than the ones in Mistigeland, seeking to exploit whatever resources are available With this being said, Chancellor Wilhelm has decided to impose severe taxes on Noardlân and advise for the dissolution of the colony, causing a dispute between the Ostkustan government and the Noardan settlers.
