Instructions

British Airways 5390 was a flight from Birmingham Airport in England to Málaga Airport in Spain. On June 10, 1990, The aircraft operating the flight, A BAC One-Eleven 528FL registered G-BJRT, and named County Of South Glamorgan, Suffered an explosive decompression. While the Aircraft was flying over Didcot, Oxfordshire, an improperly installed windscreen panel separated from its frame, Causing the Captain, Tim Lancaster to be partially ejected from the plane. He was held in place through the window Frame until 20 minutes later when the First Officer, Alastair Atchinson, Emergency landed the plane at Southampton Airport. Luckily, Lancaster Survived with Frostbite, Bruising, Shock, and fractures to his Right arm, Left Thumb and Right Wrist. More info on Wikipedia
