This is a robot master designed by YOLO2048, yet I redesigned him by making his sprite smaller, making him shorter, limiting his color scheme to the colors of the NES color palette, giving him a hat, a cape, a wand, and curved boots. I know I overdid the redesigning process, but I'm letting anyone involved with Mega Man: The End Is Now to use these sprites.
