Instructions

[READ THROUGH HERE] 1# Starting off. The Week is currently the same with Its-a-me and golden land being in the same main category. Not to mention GB has his leaked animations that got remade since release. Starman slaughter is mostly the same in the final build except No Yoshi + Peach.EXE and no melted mario.exe too. And John (PP) is still there before yoshi.exe assets were implemented in the song. At least you can still access them from the files including the old peach. Funny enough it was used for the starman slaughter song cover as a render the entire time. 2# During Nourishing Blood. I found out GRAND DAD have different pose animations during the pixel segment, Noted that the poses were based off his normal sprite. On MSAGR9, BF sprite is the only sprite that is different compared to the final sprite, Being mostly more expressive than his final design. 3# In Alone. There is no sitting animation in that build when that could've been unused in the spritesheet and beside that, Almost everything besides the icon is ready for release. Oh god No's Soundtrack seem to be old as Luigi's voicelines weren't properly edited to luigi's voice, Same with alone. Almost ready for release. Same with IHY too. Old Vocals, Outdated BF sprite with different hand but other wise. Close to release. Apparition is mostly the same but the sprites were the V1 sprites. 4# Bad day have different sprites with BF sprites from v1 edited & Mario's Sprite is animated differently + Lack of Posion & Shell Mushrooms in the song. No hope attack animation is not implemented although the song already can give you up to 25 misses on the second spam verse. 5# The entirety of DJ Hallyboo stage is completely broken but it's still playable w/ No Party OG, Paranoia is the same except the sprites are the same from the teaser & gf stage bugged. Powerdown is somewhat the same except MX has his old V2 poses & idle, Most noticeably his "WAHOO!" is half finalized half scrapped & the demise cutscene wasn't implemented in between Powerdown & Demise for the mini MX week, The Cutscene where GF saves bf wasn't added & they were still underground. 6# Promotion seem to be relatively the same. And So does the end & abandoned. Besides abandoned having a different version used. 7# All-Stars have an old gf sprite, Missing Shader for act 2 and most likely the old Sprites for LG, Different mixing for the song. Everything seem to be normal. 8# Unbeatable have a majorly different song being 4 minutes, A surprisingly enough scrapped subtitle menu during Duck Hunt Dog's section. It was not seen in the final so it's one of the most noticeable feature that got scrapped before release. But Beside that & Icons. About 70% of what was in this build was used in the final build.

Description

One thing I noticed is that. If you play a certain song. It changes the name of the application to that song, Neat little thing I noticed. Another is that you only get 18 rings in MSAGR9 with the same mechanic since Sonic.EXE 2.0 Apparition does get laggy when played in this build for whatever reason but it might've been a performance issue. I would recommend to use botplay because it's very unplayable at that state. If you try to continue progressing to Hellish Heights & Classified Castle. All the assets aren't there or even loaded. So if you want to beat all the songs. You have to go through freeplay songs and select each character from each song. Same with apparition, Performance issues for promotion, My guess has to be with the shaders draining fps. So I'd put botplay there too or any visual tv effect if it messes up the frames. In the files you can see the PNG & XML named W4R_New. This means that there is actually an old sprite for W4R in an earlier V2 build. My Guess is that build was before it got the first MM V2 trailer. As that build would be after omega's old sprite got replaced for the new one. There is two unused characters in the files that is being goofy drawings of both GB and Stanley in the files. They might have been a joke during the development. That seems to be all of what was in the build, There is no Overdue original, no Dictator Original, no All stars Act 1 original and no timeout (demise original) in the build except for no party original, They were most likely added in a build after they fixed no party's visual & the area for both hellish heights and classified castle. Everything in the legacy mode is the exact same as you see in V2 of the build. The Classified Castle is also a little un-noticed nod to the eternal fort lore where the personalization ai is located inside the castle and you would need 120+ stars to enter and if you're worthy. You can enter that fort, This will also reveal the secrets of the 1995 Mario 64 beta build & the truth behind the eternal star where people theorized to be for "L IS REAL 2401" One thing I wanna mention is that there is week artworks for the mod, This might've mean that these would show up as a main week after you completed the songs in the overworld. The only characters for these week artworks are Horror Mario, GRAND DAD, Somari, I hate you luigi, Coronation Peach, GB and the Unbeatable cast. Another would be cover arts for a scrapped remaster of V1 It's a me, They might've scrapped it because it doesn't fit the overall vibe of mystery, horror and vengeance. Same with Alone-Fi, Might've been an alone V1 replacement but that was fatal and not possible, That could explain why nova remade these songs until being a controversial person he is now and then about 80% of all the songs got remade again. An obvious mention is that the build still uses the V1 cutscenes despite the new designs and there is little to absolutely no cutscenes for most of the songs, Except for Nourishing Blood, So Cool, Day Out, Dictator, Race Traitors, Powerdown, Scrapped Intro cutscene for unbeatable.
