I genuinely adore characters with mostly greys and blues in their design, and he caught my eyes right away! ✰ Personality ✰ (+) Observant, objective, organized, efficient, perceptive, intelligent. (=) Introverted, resourceful, independent, logical, socially inept. (-) cynical, cold, uncaring, humourless, untrusting. Neptune tends to seem rather distant, preferring to spend most of his time alone- tinkering with various small machines, or taking apart alien technology. He is logical to a fault, struggling to take the emotions of others into account- and has been known to go to immoral extremes in the name of efficiency. But how much of that is Neptune… or the mind of /Him/. ✰ Gender ✰ Neptune has little concept of gender, finding little logic in such constructs, but tends to go by he/him simply as it was what he was born with. ✰ Sexuality ✰ Neptune is aro / ase, and doesn’t understand the concept of attraction, nor see any logical need for it. ✰ Disorders ✰ Neptune has something akin to Regenerative Dissonance (a Timelord mental illness from Doctor Who), which results on him having not just /his mind and personality/, but that of a timelord that seemingly passed long ago, however, Neptune never mentions this outright. He has trouble making his own decisions as a result of this, due to the previous mind exerting significantly more influence. ✰ Extra! ✰ - Neptune is likely to dabble in cybernetics later on, to enhance himself. - He seems rather unfazed by pxin, which isn’t exactly a good thing, and has resulting in many unnecessary scars, and visits to the companion. - His voice is typically low, and lacking in much infliction.
