In my AU, BVS Entertainment should be a company and Disney’s successor of DiC Entertainment that owns companies with the name "Buena Vista", it was founded in 1995 when Disney acquired Capital Cities/ABC and merged with the company, while the "Saban" name is still used for Saban Brands and formerly Saban Entertainment because News Corporation selled Saban Entertainment after when Haim Saban permanently retired from entertainment industries, absorbing it fully into Fox Family Worldwide and rebranding it to Fox Family Entertainment alongside Saban International Paris to Fox Europe Animation and the anime position to Fox Anime Studios in 2001, keeping the rights to Power Rangers and Digimon, it is owned by Global Media Group via The Walt Disney Company.
