Double-click the green flag so that the music syncs up with the chart! You can replace characters by going into their costumes and replacing the animations with your characters' animations. You can also change some of the animation code if you want it to look different, like I did. For example, I added more frames to all of the animations. Oh, and, uh, change the arrows and whatnot, I guess.
