ADDENDUM_01 Translation has been completed. The phrase they have sent is nothing of note, however it reveals these entities have at least a similar alphabet to ours (one with 26 letters). The O5 Council has also concluded their vote, and another transmission is sent: "Hello. We are humans, from the planet Earth. We have received your earlier transmissions, and decided to respond. Who are you?"
