Ok, all you have to do is put your oc in the insert oc here and remove the insert oc here text, and i rate it to E to S, pls don't hate me when i don't do it in a higher rank, its just an opinion. If i give you an S or SS Rank on your OC, you will be listed in the "Best OCs", But, if i give you an E Rank or an F Rank, you will be listd in the "Worst OCs", Ok and here's the rules: 1. Your OC can't be an learningblock character like Numberblocks, Alphablocks, and Colorblocks. 2. Don't remix if its closed. 3. Your OC can't be stolen. 4. And your OC has to have arms and/or limbs, or at least a face. 6. And your OC can't be an image from Google, Microsoft Edge or any website. 7. I'm allowing Countryball OCs cuz why not. But i'm not allowing Countryhumans cuz i just don't want to. 8. If I REALLY HATE YOUR OC, I'LL GIVE an F RANK 9. If i really love it, i'll give you an SS Rank.
