I can relate sometimes. I really can. But just so you know you can rely on your family and friends to cheer you up and push away any rainstorms causing a hurricane of negativity swirling around in your mind. If you can relate to this. I would love it if you could share the reason in the comments. I am really good at helping people with emotions and changes—kinda like a therapist lol. So if you need help. Friends and family are always there, even when your in a fight, or even rumbling with anger-always remember that at least -SOMEONE- is thinking about you…..don’t lose hope….people can’t keep bearing secrets forever…..at one point…things will change…they always do…. MORE: Everyone feels pain….everyone was hurt not physically but either emotionally or mentally. I really don’t want people to be full of anger and hate at these times. Instead. Punch a pillow, sing a song, or do something constructive. I believe keeping your emotions locked up inside a cage in your head,-is it the best solution…instead, embrace the KIND emotions, and let your hate and anger be expressed through. A passion or a hobby. Like art or singing, dancing, or playing instruments! -talking too!
