Today, February 29th of 2024, the Toad Empire Imperial Senate has aproved the independence and creation of Livik, a puppet state, under the command of leader Albert Segura. A referendum was conducted 5 days ago to adress the claim of the citizens of what's now their territory. Unlike it's parent nation, Livik has political ideologies, them being conservative monarchism. Albert itself has declared that they will participate in the 3rd Radant Civil War inmediately. The strength of Livik is estimated to be one sixth of the Toad Empire, still with a lot of power.
