Welcome to the Citadel! All the stories of the multiverse connect at this point, so your character can be from a fandom OR OC. Welcome to the Citadel! What is the Citadel? Oh wow, you really are new to this. Sorry. Nevermind. Got a little off track. My name is Isania Sunshadow, I am a member of the Grand Council that runs the city. I am also the Captain of the Sentries; I am in charge of the city's defense. You can sign up for the Citadel Sentries later, if you wish. It's a tough job, though, and not very rewarding unless you're the right sort. Anyway, follow me! I'll guide you through Citadel. Who better? I helped found it! Over there is the Crystal Spire. The science and magic laboratories are in there- Science is bottom seventy floors, magic is top seventy. There tends to be more explosions there, so we put them up high and science down low. Except the Head Scientist. His lab is at the top. And the Head Sorcerer, hers is at the base. Anyway, you'll meet him later if you're interested in science, or her if you like magic. This way! Follow me! This is the Merchant's Quarter. Any major business operates out of this section of Citadel. All trades are watched over by the Overseer. His name is Auriel, you'll meet him later if you decide to set up shop. And here's the residential part of the city. All the buildings are apartments, but some of them are rather large. Me? Yes, I have one, but I prefer to live in the Sentry barracks. Haven't been to my apartment in months. Anyway, you can probably find your way around now, so back to my job. See you! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So, now the intro's over with, some specifics. CITADEL SENTRIES Basically the police of Citadel. Headed by Isania Sunshadow, a woman who's known for her fearless and harsh personality. She's not nice, exactly, but she's fair and just. A good boss. SCIENCE/MAGIC OCCUPATIONS: The Science Division is headed by Dr. W.D Gaster(Undertale). He's strange, and things blow up around him a lot, but he's kind and cares about almost everyone. He is mute and communicates only in sign language. The Sorcerer's Guild is headed by Vannazadra Rowanflame. She's temperamental and rude, but ultimately a decent person. She's very good at her job, too. MERCHANT OCCUPATIONS Ultimately, you can sell whatever you want, but every so often the Overseer comes by to inspect merchandise. He's a jerk, and will steal wares + flirt with females. Any and all females, whether they openly hate him or not. GRAND COUNCIL The Grand Council is made up of twelve people who run the Citadel. Auriel, Gaster, Isania, Vannazadra, Loki, and The Doctor are all on the Council, although Loki, The Doctor, and Vannazadra come and go as they please. Want a character in the Grand Council?
