No worries.Follow this guided meditation and find yourself fast asleep in no time. ✩Before we start Make sure at least 15~20 minutes before going to bed, you are not looking at a bright thing eg: A device,etc You should do calm activities like reading or something.The best method is to read becuase then you will get more tired. Step one. Make yourself comfortable.Go for a position that will last you your whole night/nap. Step two. Take deep breaths.Let everything in your mind go.Let everything flow away like a waterfall. Step three. Listen to the soundtrack at day or before bed.(Best experience use ear buds to hear it to sleep but I know most of you can't)Avoid listening to very loud music before bed for best experience. Step four.
