Poland and the Baltic states make peace with the Soviets and Germany. Poland gives germany free access to it's baltic sea ports. Soviets make peace so they can focus on ukraine and finland. Uk backs out after a counter attack from germany resulting in heavy casualties. Portugal backs out because the UK backs out.
