Only ever mentioned in obscure threads, the wetland devil is a supposed glitch within the wetlands background where a "green bat like creature" appears for a quick second before disappearing. Account mentioning the Wetland Devil in comments or threads seemed paranoid, as if they were being watched by something. The Wetland Devil was only mentioned once by scratch in a list of "patches" made on April fools day.
I'm going to work on ghastly feline's design later because concept sketches, planning out an updated backstory and a lot more, so for the time being have this abomination.
