Do your very best on your part. 2. Experienced animators only; I'll be picky! 3. Two parts per person, but I may only give you one part if you asked for two. 4. If you are turned down, don't feel bad, and don't get mad! I may just say no or think about it for a while. 5. Do not start a part until I say you can. 6. I would prefer if you remixed, but if you don't want to that's fine. 7. Ignore rule #14, if you don't I'll assume you skipped to the bottom and not let you in. Say "sky," "night," or "galaxy" instead, but only one of those, if you read all the rules. (without the quotation marks) 8. You have 30 days to complete your part after I give it to you, no exceptions (unless something comes up like a vacation or your computer is damaged or something like that). 9. Backups must be able to do any part on short notice, within 20 days. 10. Seriously, ANIMATE. A few still or almost still frames are fine, but don't make it like a PMV. 11. Only use the colors in the palette, lineart, and a black background. 12. Use two sprites max. Preferably one, but if you need two it's okay. 13. Don't worry about credits and intro stuff; I've got it covered in the first part. 14. Say "glass" if you read all the rules.
