This is my opinion of the best and worst Starter Pokemon. S = Super Awesome!! A = Awesome! B = Pretty good! Maybe a backup Pokemon. C = Meh. D = Not the worst but, just bad. I saw a tier list by @MintGreenLatios so I decided maybe I'll make a pokemon starter tier list. I would appreciate if you love and favorited it took me two hours to make! This project is also based on some Pokemon stats and some research on google.
