Short Answer: I might bring back Animonsters Brawl, but it would have to be a lot different, more simple and easy to understand and would involve more of my friends instead of just Animonster members. Let me know if I should make this project soon, along with my other big projects like WKIA and OC encyclopedia that are also coming soon. Hey guys! It’s Joshuapuffles here, and this time with a BIG question. I’m interested in bringing back The Animonsters Brawl due to my interest in Smash Bros and other similar games peaking recently. But here’s the thing: I think I might’ve known a bit too much about Smash Bros when making the Moveset Project for AniBrawl, and made the Moveset making guide, uh… let’s just say… elaborate. I think someone told me the guide took 15 MINUTES for them to fully read, which is crazy, never thought I’d make a 15 minute reading before, might as well publish it if I wanted to! Anyways, I was thinking that if I brought something like Animonsters Brawl back, then I’d have to make it less… elaborate… and more welcoming for casuals, so it’s easier to understand without having to read 15 minutes just to make one Smash Bros-inspired Moveset for their character… so if I make another fighting game project, expect a lot less to do, and I might have to remove some things from AniBrawl in order to make this more casual and simple to understand! Also, I know that the Animonsters studios are… well… pretty much dead. There’s not a lot of activity there anymore like there used to, which I miss a lot, to be honest. So I was thinking that I could invite my friends to this project, both from the Animonsters and some others. It wouldn’t really be the Animonsters Brawl anymore, but another — and totally different — fighting game project starring some of my friends. It’d be a nice way to connect my buddies here on Scratch together! But, the real question here is… SHOULD I make this project and bring back AniBrawl, at least in a way? Please let me know in the comments, I’d love to hear your guys ideas and feedback. I’m letting you know all this right now because I’m beginning to start on my other big projects soon. I haven’t been doing that right now because of school stuff, but I will start to work on them when I have more free time and less homework! I have plans for a Wild Kawahal Island Adventure related project, an OC encyclopedia project, and some Collabs with other people. I might start during Spring Break or a bit earlier, so I hope you’re excited for these big projects I’m planning! So, that’s all for today. Let me know anything you wanna share in the comments, maybe answer the question for me, because I’d love to hear your thoughts on this! It means a lot to me. Until then, Waddle On!
This project talks about an earlier project I made called “The Animonsters Brawl!” It’s a Smash Bros inspired concept game I had. Here are the links to the studio and first two projects I made for it.
