Charles needs a new light bulb. Then, he comes up with a bright idea. My first project. Not the best but hope you love it.
Charles was originally supposed to be a retro character like Super Rabbit Boy but he isn't. I still like Super Rabbit Boy. So thanks to Thomas Flintham. I made a bunch of characters inspired by Kart Kingdom and Charles is one of them so thanks Chris Bishop. And the name Charles is named after my favorite character in my favorite comic strip: Charles (Charlie) Brown from Peanuts. Thanks Charles Schulz. I know he passed away but still thanks.
