update they're png now and bigger resolution.. i uploaded it slowly 500 at a time for most of the day until i realized my occasional reloading corrupted some sprites so i started over but i just imported them all and it finished in like 10 minutes haha lol discovery: when it says the save failed even though the json is small enough and no assets are over 10mb, it doesn't actually fail.... it just says that when a single costume upload errors and then it continues uploading the rest of them.. so you wait until they all upload and THEN press try again and it uploads the ones that failed earlier
