The NVMP3 2003 (Night Vortex MP3 Player 2003) was an MP3 Player developed by Night Vortex so people could connect directly to the NV Music Store without needing a computer. It uses a D-Pad with an OK Button in the middle for easy selection of songs. It runs a custom OS called NVMP3 OS 2003, made for the entirely custom hardware and for easy running of Night Vortex's special file type made for this player, .nvm, which compresses and encrypts music, keeping it safe from any device other than the Player or companion app.
