Description: Verglas, the icewing, has all he could ever want, stability, a good job, a first circle ranking, but soon things start going downhill. Sure he's a little cold clawed and distant at most times, but it all comes with the job. Queen Glacier dies, and his new queen, Snowfall, seems to disregard his advice. One day, a pink, butterfly dragon, who can create fire through her claws, arrives in his precious ice kingdom, with a group of more strange dragons. Verglas runs into the pink dragon, whose name is Cherry, and finds she's lost her memory on the voyage there. Cherry is a lot more open and naive than him, and the complete opposite of an icewing. Verglas feels bad, and offers her help, unknowing what he's actually getting himself into, and the way this will shape his destiny..forever. Prologue *SPOLIERS*- Summary- Ginkgo, a Sapwing, finds 2 weird colored eggs in the forest. Him and his wife take them to the queen. The eggs hatch and turn out to be Silkwing eggs, and it is decided that him and his wife Maple will raise them. OC Characters So Far- Gingko- Male- (Yes I continued the naming Sapwings after trees tradition): A tired, 52 year old dragon, father of 3 grown up Sapwings, and now 2 small silkwing dragonets. He has a dark green color palate, with unusual pale blotches and loves roasted pig for dinner. He works as a guard for the queen. Married to Maple. Princess Maple-Female-Sapwing- A 51 year old retired Sapwing, sister to Queen Sequoia, and mother to 3 grown up dragonets, now taking care of Cherry and Amherst. She has a lighter green color palate, and is married to Gingko. She loves painting and experimenting with new plants and foods to make new recipes!
