This is basically the CoreEX Expanded custom extension. IT TOOK ME 2 WEEKS TO GET THIS RUNNING, Y'KNOW!
If you stop the project, the loudness, timer, and current periods of time will still be active. But if you add the pause button in from addons, you can still have the current second reporter running whilst the project stopped.
