right, so.. to get started- Raffle..... What is a Raffle? well, a raffle is- (er this raffle)so- basically people will enter, such as yourselves, and at the end of the raffle time, I will throw your usernames into a wheel, (Wheelofnames.com) and whatever it lands on- say...... you- then.. you would get the character- so- there's that... right- -|RULES|- no stealing the designs no being rude to others who are entering, do not be passive aggressive, its really annoying and it makes it miserable for everyone. if you get the character, you must use it. if you don't use it, I will take back the character and it won't be considered yours anymore. if it is yours, you can turn it into fursona, I don't mind. if you don't follow these rules your name will be taken out of the wheel, and you will have no chance of winning.
