TalWat- The first of the renders I did, and I tried a lot of new stuff: Combination gradient brush and flat shading, hair shading and shine. I think it turned out well, and I’m glad I did Tal first because I dread drawing her character because it’s so difficult to get her hair right 2. KawaiiKream123- NoOne still needs to learn how to draw cloth folds better. I like drawing Kream because it’s slightly easier and I enjoy danderes 3. Azulia- I had lots of fun with this one. Azulia’s always a pleasure to draw, and I did wings this time .O. The whole outfit design was very creative on Azulia’s part and it was nice to draw all the interesting details 4. Stasis- I think he simplicity of the pose only added to the challenge. Folds here are a *little* bit better, not much, but I’ll take it 5. Cartoonory- No explanation needed. Except struggling with eyes, per the usual arrangement with his character Valentine Art Requests: 6. Lumity (requested by @Hydro_TV ) Tried a chibi art style for this and I like how it turned out. Chibis are harder bc simplicity so things like facial expressions and proportions need to be *just right* 7. AirplaneFrogToons (requested by @DoggyBobToons ) I went with the Waifu-nator comic design DoggyBob made for AirplaneFrog. Hair gradient is hard to see, and that’s my bad 8. Seamus x Amaretto (requested by @JamesRayAwsome ) Two of James’ OCs under the wing of Crime McIllegal, I believe it was? They debuted in Scratch Land… 2? DX? I don’t remember. Either way, you should play them. Both of them. Now. 9. COVID x Lyme disease (requested by @CarneyLikes2Draw ) Did you know that in 2020, to promote awareness of harmful diseases the CDC of Taiwan turned deadly diseases like rabies, COVID, dengue and Lyme disease… into anime characters? So voila! Here’s COVID and Lyme disease both drawn in my style! (Not so) fun fact: both Lyme disease and COVID have similar symptoms… and I have COVID right now. Again. So yeah… 10. “Surprise me” (requested by @IAmYourMemer ) Challenge accepted. During my brief stint in the Immersiverse SMP I sold anime girl drawings to the other members, including Memer. I drew him as an anime girl, and for added effect, I added “kintsugi”-like patterns to her hair and outfit, mimicking the cracks on Memer’s OC. We love self-ships 11. Carnia (requested by @CarneyLikes2Draw ) Not a gif this time, unfortunately. Side-by-side I can really say I’ve improved over the last year, and I’m glad. We’ll just have to see next year’s Carnia drawing and see how it looks then. 12. @goldenghost100 GoldenGhost and CounterMeasure (next) have fun bullying @mentoskylieprime …so I turned them into anime girls. GoldenGhost was a challenge because of the simplicity of his OC 13. @The_Countermeasure I had a lot of fun doing this one. I kept getting told that it looked like Xenoblade Chronicles, despite me never looking up a single Xenoblade image for reference XD 14. @-DilweedStudios- close-up of next image.
