Agnar knew about the SCEA and tried to infiltrate them, but was caught and captured by them. He joined Fissure and Nova on their attempt to escape. Agnar has a special AR that can switch into a shield and back. In it's shield mode, the AR can't attack, but can deflect bullets that hit it.
I haven't put in the deflection effect for his ability, but everything else works
