Hello! I was hanging out with some of my friends, checking out and working on GSE-Fest stuff through the very middle of August (night of the 15th-16th) I whipped up the code for a move I've been thinking about for a while! Press X to create a "Speed State", and press it again to load it! As you can see in the changing variables, Speed States are just the values of your speed at one point in time. Finding uses for this is a bit technical but I bet you can find some interesting things to do with it! For example: If you press X as you start a jump, and then press X again in the middle of the jump, that should work as a double-jump! If you are running down a straight wall and press X, you now have a powerful force of gravity to unleash at any time! If you are running straight up a wall and press X, you can press it again later to rocket to the skies!! I wanted to make a puzzle stage that would demonstrate the ability further.
