~Whooooosh~ ~this memory has just been pushed into your brain.~ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (technically the memory starts when they go out to the leapmaster- but i started it early so yall get ALL the detail) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This morning i woke up in a good mood. Not surprising- its probably mostly left over from last night. 'oh last night' I thought 'that was amazing.' I hopped out of bed, and walked out of my room. My brother walked out of his room a few moments later. "you slept in." he told me "i did??" I looked at the wall clock and sure enough, I had slept in. 'AHHHH' I thought 'I CANT BE LATE!' So I rushed to get ready for school. As I clasped the Foster crest on my cape, I realized I was missing something. 'My hair!' I smacked my face. Forgetting things was becoming a bad habit of mine. I grabbed a brush and ran to a mirror. Sure enough, my hair was a MESS! It was extra curly, 'Weird' i thought 'that hasn't happened in a while' I tried my hardest to tame my hair~ while eating breakfast. Lets just say, that didn't really end well. So, i gave up on my ultra Poofy hair, and just ate my breakfast like a normal, sensible, person. Well, a semi- normal, sensible person. I still had a piece of Umber leaves in my mouth (bc i eat those for breakfast sometimes) when my mom announced it was time to go. "be safe and have fun!" she told us, then turned to Rory, "Try not to get in trouble!" "Moooooom." He said "It's Midterms celebration! leave me alone!" I giggled. Rory had a habit of getting into trouble. 'especially since he has a new "girlfriend", ' I thought. "thanks mom." I told her "I will keep an eye on him." He side- eyed me. "no you WONT!" That had me smiling. "Foxfire!" I called to the leapmaster. We turned to step into the light- but never made it ..... ~~~
~~~ It all happened in a blur, Everyone was screaming. My mom was fighting- but who? The answer to that is both incriminating, and terrifying. The Neverseen. At my house. I screamed. THIS has NEVER happened before. I tried to get them to stop~ but my voice wasn't strong enough. I cringed 'useless. I'm useless.' The Neverseen had already taken down my Mom, she was Unconcious on the floor. And.... my brother! They had my brother! No! this is the moment when i remember i'm a Pyrokenetic. I called down a few flames to throw at them, but before i could......... BAM! Their shade sent a HUGEMUNGEOUS amount of Shadowflux into me. I took a step back, the flames faded. I felt the Shadowflux start to fill my whole body. And, IT. HURT. The worst part was- I couldn't just shrivel into a ball on the floor. Because they had pushed me strait into the path of light. Dispite all the different thoughts running through my head, i had to focus my concentration on the leap. It felt more twisting and nauseating than EVER. by the time I reached foxfire, I could tell I wasn't going to last too much longer. I sank onto my knees. Clutching my stomach in pain. Then, Everything went black. The Shadowflux had filled my eyes. And was now dripping down my cheeks like black tears. I started crying myself- although no real tears fell. There was only one thing left to do. I used My remaining strength, to send these terrible memories and a message. to the one person I knew I could count on, Alistair. 'Help. Please.'
